📅 Before Arrival:

• Check-in anytime after 6:00 PM.

• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Please send us your estimated arrival time.

• Make sure everyone in your party has a valid ID for easy registration.

• Kindly send us photos of your IDs within the Airbnb or Booking.com app, or you can email them to us at: maurorappa@aol.co.uk — this is a requirement by Italian regulation

• Upon checkout, you can simply leave the keys in the door of your room

• PLEASE TRY TO BE CONSIDERATE AND AVOID LOUD NOISES AFTER 11:00 PM, AS WE HAVE OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY A PEACEFUL AND PLEASANT STAY.

🚗 Parking:

• When you arrive, please park at Via Doso, 33, Asso, postcode 22033.

• We recommend using Google Maps to guide you smoothly to our villa.

• The gate will be open, so you can easily drive right inside the property.

• The parking is private and dedicated only to you, so no need to worry about street parking.

🚪 Entering the Villa:

• When you arrive, you’ll see a staircase right in front of you.

• Please go all the way down — there are two sets of stairs.

• As you descend, you’ll pass two windows along the way.

• At the bottom, you’ll find the main entrance to the villa.

• On the main door, you’ll see a black keypad — this is your access point.

• To activate the keypad, press your palm on it, then enter the code we sent you.

• At the same time, turn the knob on the keypad and the handle on the door to open it.

• PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CLOSE THE DOOR FIRMLY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OTHER GUESTS.

🏠 Inside the Villa:

• As you step inside, the light switches are immediately on your right.

• Please always use the lights — don’t walk in the dark for your safety.

• Light switches are available on every floor and room.

• We kindly ask that you turn off the lights in areas you’re not using to help save energy.

🎱 Communal Area:

• On the right-hand side, you’ll find a door leading to a large communal space.

• Enjoy the pool table and football table — perfect for a bit of fun and relaxation!

• A fridge is available and used exclusively by you during your stay.

• You’ll also find a microwave, coffee machine, egg maker, and toaster.

• Coffee capsules are provided, along with a water boiler, tea, and sugar.

• Bottled water on the table is filtered, but tap water is also safe to drink.

• You’ll find dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses ready for your use.

• Please do not wash them — just place them in the sink, and we’ll load the dishwasher in the morning.

• Kindly leave all rubbish in the bins — we’ll take care of recycling.

• If you’ve had pizza, feel free to leave the cardboard outside the bin for recycling and any scraps for our chickens — they’ll love it!

🛏️ Guest Room:

• Your room is on the first floor, to the right.

• Upon entry, you’ll walk into a small corridor:

  • The door on the right is my husband’s office (used only during the day).

  • Straight ahead is your private bathroom, stocked with towels, soap, and shower gel.

  • On the left is your room.

• The room key is inside your door.

• You’ll find water provided in the room.

• The Wi-Fi password is on the table — scan the QR code or enter it manually.

• Towels and robes are also available for you to use.

• If you are staying for multiple days, please leave any used towels, cups, or glasses just outside your room in the corridor, and we’ll happily replace or clean them for you.
