• Assicurati che tutti i membri del tuo gruppo abbiano un documento d’identità valido per una registrazione veloce.

• Ti chiediamo gentilmente di inviarci le foto dei documenti d’identità tramite l’app di Airbnb o Booking.com, oppure via email a: maurorappa@aol.co.uk — questo è un requisito previsto dalla normativa italiana.

• Al momento del check-out, puoi semplicemente lasciare le chiavi inserite nella porta della tua stanza.

• TI PREGHIAMO DI ESSERE RISPETTOSO ED EVITARE RUMORI FORTI DOPO LE 23:00, POICHÉ ABBIAMO ALTRI OSPITI NELLA STRUTTURA. VOGLIAMO CHE TUTTI POSSANO GODERE DI UN SOGGIORNO TRANQUILLO E PIACEVOLE.

🚗Parcheggio:

• Al tuo arrivo, ti preghiamo di parcheggiare in Via Dosso, 25, Asso, CAP 22033.

• Ti consigliamo di utilizzare Google Maps per raggiungere la nostra villa senza difficoltà.

• Il cancello sarà aperto, quindi potrai entrare con l’auto nella proprietà e parcheggiare accanto alla villa.

• Il parcheggio è privato e riservato solo a te, quindi non dovrai preoccuparti del parcheggio in strada.

• Se non ti senti a tuo agio a guidare fino alla villa, non preoccuparti — non bloccherai nessuno.
  Puoi parcheggiare dove preferisci: proprio davanti alla villa oppure nell’area di parcheggio dedicata accanto al cancello, contrassegnata da un cartello “P”.
  Entrambe le opzioni fanno parte della nostra proprietà e sono a tua completa disposizione.

🚪 Entrata nella Villa:

• When you arrive, you’ll see a staircase right in front of you.

• Please go all the way down — there are two sets of stairs.

• As you descend, you’ll pass two windows along the way.

• At the bottom, you’ll find the main entrance to the villa.

• On the main door, you’ll see a black keypad — this is your access point.

• To activate the keypad, press your palm on it, then enter the code we sent you.

• At the same time, turn the knob on the keypad and the handle on the door to open it.

• PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS CLOSE THE DOOR FIRMLY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OTHER GUESTS.

🏠 Inside the Villa:

• As you step inside, the light switches are immediately on your right.

• Please always use the lights — don’t walk in the dark for your safety.

• Light switches are available on every floor and room.

• We kindly ask that you turn off the lights in areas you’re not using to help save energy.

🎱 Communal Area:

• On the right-hand side, you’ll find a door leading to a large communal space.

• Enjoy the pool table and football table — perfect for a bit of fun and relaxation!

• Please kindly do not use the fridge downstairs, as it is exclusively for other guests — you will have your own fridge provided in your room.

• You’ll also find a microwave, coffee machine, egg maker, and toaster.

• Coffee capsules are provided, along with a water boiler, tea, and sugar.

• Bottled water on the table is filtered, but tap water is also safe to drink.

• You’ll find dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses ready for your use.

• Please do not wash them — just place them in the sink, and we’ll load the dishwasher in the morning.

• Kindly leave all rubbish in the bins — we’ll take care of recycling.

• If you’ve had pizza, feel free to leave the cardboard outside the bin for recycling and any scraps for our chickens — they’ll love it!

🛏️ Guest Room Details:

Your room is located on the third floor, to the right.

• As you enter, you’ll find a private bathroom directly in front of you, exclusively for your use.

• On the right-hand side, there is an additional room available for families with children or if more than two guests are staying.

• On the left, you will find your master bedroom, reserved just for you.

• No one else except your party will be staying on this floor.

• The keys in the door allow you to lock the entire floor for your privacy.

• In the master bedroom, you will find your internet access information on the table—you can either scan the QR code for easy connection or enter the password manually.

• In your room, you will have tea, coffee, cups, wine glasses, air conditioning, a fridge, and towels.

• In the bathroom, you will find hand soap, shower gel, a hairdryer, and robes.

• PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOM. YOU ARE WELCOME TO SMOKE ON THE BALCONY.
